Abstract
Allamah Tabatabaie has proved the existence of ‘relation’ in external container on the basis of analyzing the propositions of ‘external true composite whetherness’ as well as affirming those propositions and conforming them to external world. In this article, we first put forward Allamah’s argument for proving the existence of ‘relation’ in external world through propositions, and then, we mention four objections to Allamah’s argument. Among them, the first objection (i.e. reason being more universal than the claim) is of more importance. We continue our discussion by dealing with other views on existence of ‘relation’ in identical propositions so that we may explain Allamah’s view compared to the views of his critics in a better way
