Among the topics of the principles of jurisprudence, the topic of verbal principles and its important examples, i.e., asala al-zohor, asala al-umum, asala al-atlaq, and concepts are of special importance due to their wide application in inference in jurisprudence, but unfortunately, regarding the validity and application of these rules in the books of usul al-fiqh, only Regarding jurisprudential inferences, there has been a discussion about their validity in other sections, including religious verses and narrations, despite the high importance of this field and the abundance of religious texts, there has been no special discussion. This article tries to prove the authenticity and validity of these rules in deriving knowledge Belief is one of the sources of religious transmission, and while responding to the lack of certainty in the meaning of verbal principles and the lack of worship in the domain of beliefs, it has proven their validity in deriving religious knowledge in some parts and clarified the difference in their application in the sciences of philosophy, speech and interpretation. made and mentioned examples of scholars' use of these rules in the field of beliefs. Also, it has been emphasized to observe the rules of ijtihad and the precedence of certain rulings of reason. It is noteworthy that the central reason that is the basis of the validity of these principles can be the basis of its validity in deriving other educational parts of religion such as: ethics, teachings related to modern human sciences, history, natural sciences, etc. The research in this article is analytical-descriptive and referring to the sources of principles of jurisprudence, kalam, philosophy, tafsir and hadith and showing examples of the use of these rules in tafsir books, especially the Tafsir al-Mizan of Allameh Tabatabai.
